To remain truly independent, we use a user-pays financial model. This ensures that our results are presented fairly. We've consciously chosen to prioritise our customers' interests over those of energy companies.

What fees do you charge?

What do you need from me?

We'll ask about your priorities when choosing an energy provider and a copy of your electricity and gas bills

How soon will I get a response?

We'll contact you as soon as we find a plan that meets your criteria, usually within 24 hours of discovering a suitable option.

How often do you check for new energy plans?

Every weekday (Monday to Friday)

Which suppliers do you check when searching for plans?

We reguarly check the government websites for new entrants to the energy market. Click here for a full list of suppliers.

Am I Eligible?

To use this service, you must:

  1. Accept our terms and conditions.

  2. Be located in Victoria.

  3. Be a residential (not business) customer.

  4. Have lived in the property for over a year.
